Awareness is a key step for successful change. This 90-minute session is a great opportunity to build your self-awareness by taking a close look at who you are and who you want to be.
You will complete a dynamic assessment that covers four key areas: work life, family life, personal life, and social life. We will discuss how you came to be the person you are today and who you want to be tomorrow.
We will create a plan that will help you to decide what you need to do next to make a real change in your life and be the person you know you can be. Your assessment and plan will be provided to you in a digital format so you can use them at any time to make future changes that work for you.
This can be used as a standalone session to help you find out who you are and provide a future direction for your life. Alternatively, you can choose to use it as session 1 of the 4 session package that I provide.
